First, we make sure the setting works.

A drone show needs a suitable launch area and a controlled outdoor space, with the final requirement depending on the show and surroundings.

Fields, gardens, car parks, golf courses and other private areas can all be suitable. We begin with an initial aerial and airspace review, then arrange the detailed survey and operational planning required for the wedding.

A few things couples ask us

Can the show include our initials, names or wedding date?

Yes. These can be added as a personalised scene, depending on the chosen format and number of aircraft. A bespoke show can include a wider range of messages and original scenes.

Can the show be synchronised to our favourite song?

Yes. Music can be included in the creative plan. We will coordinate the agreed soundtrack and sound arrangements with you and the venue.

Will the setup disrupt the wedding?

Our crew plans access and setup with the venue or wedding planner. The aim is to complete the technical preparation discreetly while you enjoy the day.

Do you manage the flight permissions?

Yes. We assess the site and airspace and manage the required aviation, safety and operational planning for the display.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Every show has defined safe operating limits. We monitor the forecast and agree the relevant operational and contingency arrangements with you during planning.
